The cost of renting an expedition truck varies based on several factors, including your chosen destination, trip duration, group size, and specific preferences. For a tailored cost estimate, we recommend reaching out to us directly for a personalized offer.
While previous travel or off-road experience isn’t required, anyone with a valid driver’s license can operate our trucks. We also offer full-service options to ensure a seamless adventure, assisting you every step of the way.
A driver’s license for vehicles exceeding a weight of 7,500 kg (equivalent to a C license in Europe) allows you to drive our Expedition Trucks. For non-European licenses, please contact us for verification and guidance.
Our Mercedes Arocs 1836 4×4 is meticulously outfitted for rugged conditions and ultimate comfort. From a fully equipped kitchen to navigation tools and spare parts, our trucks are ready for any off-road excursion. We provide a comprehensive packing list to ensure you’re fully prepared for your journey.
Your rental package encompasses professional organization, the Expedition Truck and equipment rental, third-party insurance, vehicle transport to the starting location, and all overnight accommodations in the truck.
Exclusions consist of flights to/from the destination, fuel and toll expenses, damage costs (excluding wear), and food and beverages.
Yes, we require a deposit based on the intended use of the rental truck. This deposit covers potential damages to the vehicle, ensuring its continued reliability for future expeditions. Clear instructions and guidelines are provided to minimize risks, but in the event of significant damage exceeding the deposit amount due to negligence, additional charges may apply. We prioritize safety and enjoyment throughout your expedition, offering transparent terms and support to facilitate a memorable and worry-free journey.
